Digital Marketing Program Manager

Description

Part of Saint-Gobain Construction Fabrics Performance Segment, the Digital Marketing Program Manager will play a key role in designing the right ecosystem of digital tools (CRM, DAM, WEB ...) in alignment with SG roadmap, and in providing guidance and support to our teams worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:



  • CRM:


    • Following Construction Fabrics CRM salesforce launch in 2024, lead the program centrally and in close collaboration with the CRM champions community in regional teams worldwide and with VTX and HKO entities.

    • Co-assess with main prescription regions the optimization areas of the tool to maximize user adoption.

    • Work closely with central IT partners on existing features improvement & new features.

    • Design and deliver CRM training to answer any specific user’s needs.

    • With our Construction Fabrics CRM champions in regional teams and SG Regions, co-elaborate a roadmap for our CRM connection with SG Region’s CRM instances, supported by SG Digital and IT teams.



  • Digital Asset management tool:


    • Audit our current DAM tool (Asset Bank) availability and quality of assets, make recommendations and build action plans to ensure it is customer facing and aligned to our business needs.

    • Guide our teams in the regions to upload and maintain their respective DAM assets.

    • In alignment with SG Group roadmap and SG Regions, assess opportunity, timing and project scoping for potential new PIM/DAM deployment.




  • Website project management:




    • Animate the community of Construction Fabrics website owners (Adfors in regions, VTX, HKO), and ensure web content and architecture are accurate, optimized and shared with all Construction Fabrics teams worldwide.

    • Assist in the rolling-out of website evolutions to improve user experience in collaboration with SG web development team.

    • Support Construction Fabrics regional teams to add content in Saint-Gobain websites.



  • Customer Satisfaction Survey:


    • Lead Construction Fabrics central CSS transversal initiative and campaign process.

    • Animate, guide and support the community of CSS champions in the regions and BU entities that are owners of leading and analyzing the CSS campaign in their respective perimeters.

    • Support next CSS campaign in alignment with SG Region’s CSS process.
